Dr. Randal J. Butchness, DDS
Randal was born March 30, 1957 in Chicago to Frank and Rose Anne Butchness. He passed away unexpectedly October 27, 2017.
Dr. Butchness is a graduate of Loyola University and Loyola School of Dentistry and practiced dentistry in the Northwest suburbs for over 30 years.
Randy is survived by his children Adam and Regan Butchness; former wife Susan; and cousins Roxanne (Tony) Lampl, and Tony Lampl. He was preceded in death by his parents and brother, Frank.
Visitation will be 4-9pm Thursday, November 2 at Davenport Family Funeral Home, 149 W. Main St (Lake-Cook Road), Barrington.
Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30am, Friday, November 3 at Holy Family Catholic Parish, 2515 W. Palatine Road, Inverness. There will be visitation at the church from 9:30am until the mass. Interment will be private.
