Edward Blair, Sr

Edward Blair, Sr., 69, of Illinois and Moulton, AL, passed away Friday, August 1, 2014, at Centegra Hospital, McHenry.

He was born December 20, 1944, in Pikeville, KY to the late Lonnie and Eileen (nee Coleman) Blair.

Edward enjoyed fishing and listening to George Jones. He especially loved spending time with his family.

Survivors include his children, Edward (Crystal) Blair, Jr. of Moulton and Rebecca (Kevin) Formanski of Island Lake; granddaughter, McKayla Luick of Island Lake; siblings, Denver Blair, Vivian Price, Dorothy Blair, Jan Jacobs, Gary Blair, and Lonnie Blair, Jr.; nieces and nephews, Geraldine Holtz, Laura Difiore, Amanda Blair, Dewey Brown, BB Blair, and Lonnie Blair, in addition to many other nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents, Edward was preceded in death by siblings, Geraldine Blair, Johnny Blair, Ronnie Blair, and Tammy Hall.

The memorial visitation will be Monday, August 4, 2014, from 9 a.m. until the time of eulogy service at 11 a.m., at Davenport Family Funeral Home, 419 E. Terra Cotta Ave. (Route 176), Crystal Lake. Inurnment will be private.
