The funeral service for Edward D’Onofrio, 73, of Barrington, will be held at 12 noon, Tuesday, November 26, at the Davenport Family Funeral Home, 149 W. Main St. (Lake-Cook Road), Barrington, where there will be visitation from 10 a.m., until the time of service. Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery, Barrington.
Born October 22, 1940, in Chicago, to the late Nicholas and Mary (nee Gentile), he passed away Saturday, November 23, 2013. Mr. D'Onofrio married the late Joan (nee Ekdahl) on October 10, 1959, in Chicago.
Survivors include his children, Lynn (Dan) Cullick of Oswego and Anthony (Vickie) of Prospect, KY, formerly of Frankfort; grandchildren, Madelyn and Dylan Cullick and Andrea and Marissa D’Onofrio; siblings, John, Nicolina (Ray) Kwapich, Lola D’Onofrio, Jeanette Miajala, and Dennis (Adrienne); sister-in-law, Sharon D’Onofrio;
In addition to his wife and parents, Mr. D’Onofrio was preceded in death by his brother, Joseph; and sister-in-law, Barbara.
