Edward "EJ" John Genader

Edward "John" Genader known to most by "EJ".

EJ was born on August 20, 1990 in Hoffman Estates to his parents, Kimberly and William Genader.

EJ spent his childhood in Lake in the Hills, IL, as a child he was well known in the neighborhood, he enjoyed playing outside with friends until the street lights came on. He later moved to Havard, IL where he made long lasting friendships. He was kindhearted man, who was always there to lend a hand whether it was moving, or installing a fan. He was always full of energy, happiness and laughter as well as loved to be part of any project. He was an amazing uncle that left a lasting impression on his nieces and nephews. His pride in his work was most evident in his time with construction and build out at Life Zone 360 in Sleepy Hollow, IL.

Edward John “EJ” Genader is survived by his sons, Chace and Elija; his parents, William John Genader (Dianne Genader) and Kimberly Genader (Ron Foren); his sisters, Christina Genader (Tim Klemm), Nicole Genader (Shawn Crowell), and Emily Genader (Thomas Toler); and his nieces and nephews, Autumn, Wyatt, Lydia, Hailey, Kyle, Ali, and Marlyn.

He is preceded in death by his grandparents Edward John Genader and Audrey Genader as well as Clarence and Meda Alberts.

Edward John “EJ” Genader memorial service will be held for family and friends on Friday, May 26th, 2017 from 4:00pm until 8:00pm at Davenport Family Funeral Home, 419 E. Terra Cotta Ave, Crystal Lake, IL 60014. All are welcome to attend.
