Born Aug. 26, 1926 in Chicago to John and Anne McSweeney, she passed away Dec. 15, 2011 in Barrington.
Eileen was the beloved wife of Robert “Bob” Bedford, whom she married Oct. 30,1948, loving mother of Patrice Bedford, Chris (Mary) Bedford, and Paul (Emily) Bedford, dear grandmother of Julie (Jonathan) Byars, Brian, Megan, Blake, and Brooke Bedford, fond sister of Delores (Laurence) Maher and Jack (Jean) McSweeney. She was preceded in death by her parents, daughter Cheryl, and sister Marilyn.
Visitation will be 9am until the Mass at 11a.m Saturday Dec. 17, at St. Anne Catholic Church, 120 N. Ela St, Barrington. Burial in Windridge Memorial Park following mass.
