Eric J. Mullally

Eric J Mullally, 32 of Barrington passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, March 1 at his home. He was born September 4, 1992 in Arlington Heights. He was the beloved son of Peter and Amy Mullally; and cherished brother of Brian (Caitlin Capone) Mullally. 

Eric served in the U.S. Navy as a Corpsman, stationed in CA and Okinawa. He was an EMT and was pursuing a Nursing career at Chamberlain University. He was very proud of his family and extremely protective of all of us. He enjoyed spending time with family and helping everyone he could. He will be dearly missed by everyone who knew him.

Eric is survived by his parents, Amy & Pete, his brother Brian (Caitlin Capone) and many Aunts and Uncles: Missy Moody, Kris Breneisen, Jeff Johnson (Lisa), Kathy King (Jon), Tom Mullally, Mary McCarthy (John), Shirley Bray (Dan), Jeanne Lewandowski (Ed) and many cousins, Elizabeth Burgess (Ken), Heather Mena (Darwin), Brett Breneisen (Serena), Kirk Breneisen, Steven Johnson, Paige Johnson, Ben King, Chris McCarthy (Michelle), Kelly McGarragher (Brady), Matthew McCarthy, Heather Aschoff (Adam), Jake Bray, Luke Bray (Shelly), Emilie Peluso (Tony), Emma Lewandowski, Grace Lewandowski, Nora Burgess, Celia Burgess, Clara Burgess.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Donald and Patricia Johnson, Shirley and Tom Mullally, his Aunt & Uncle, Patrice and Ted Dudek, and Aunt Linda Klump.

Visitation will be held from 1pm until the memorial service at 7pm Sunday March 9 at Davenport Family Funeral Home, 941 S. Old Rand Road, Lake Zurich. Burial, with military honors, will be held on Monday March 10 at Evergreen Cemetery, 610 S Dundee Ave. Barrington from 11:00am – 11:30am.
