Ernest Neumann

Born March 4, 1927 in Passaic, New Jersey, he passed away Sunday July 17, 2011 in Barrington surrounded by his family.
Ernest is survived by his wife of over 53 years, Anita (nee Goerling) Neumann, his son Eric (Ann) Neumann, grandchildren Connor and Jared, and his sisters Evelyn and Florence. He was preceded in death by his parents, brothers Erwin and Paul, and sister Esther Molnar.
Ernest served in the Navy, earning the Victory Medal, he was the director of Ramsey Golf and Country Club and was a member of the Hackensack Rotary. He was active in the Ramsey High School Band Parents Association and he also served on several Commissions in the Lake Barrington Shores Community.
