Evan Mark Peterson was born November 28, 1960 in Bakersfield, California and passed away Monday, August 20, 2012 at his home in Crystal Lake, Illinois surrounded by his family.
Evan was proud of the time he spent volunteering for the Red Cross Disaster Services. He enjoyed drawing and music and he cherished the time he spent with his sons.
Evan is survived by his wife of 24 years, Michelle (nee Kozlowski), sons, Mark and Matthew, sister Lori (Eric) Sanders, and his father Robin Waldemar Peterson.
He was preceded in death by his mother Mildred (nee Anderson).
Visitation will be 3-9pm Saturday August 25 with a prayer service at 7pm at Davenport Family Funeral Home, 419 E. Terra Cotta Ave (IL Rt. 176), Crystal Lake, IL. Services will also be held in California, where Evan will be buried.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Peterson Family for the future education of Evan's sons.
