Evelyn A. Ortman

Evelyn A. Ortman (nee Belan), 92 of Barrington, born on February 1, 1929 and went home on February 13, 2021. She was the loving mother of Elizabeth (James W.) Bock; dear grandma of Abigail (Rev. Brian) Liermann; great-grandma of Evelyn Elizabeth Liermann; a future great grandson, our little blessing, arriving this summer; and aunt, cousin and friend of many. She was preceded in death by her true love, Russell Ortman; brother, Edward Belan; and sister, Pauline Neumann.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, February 20, from 9:30am until the time of her funeral service at 11:00am and St. Matthew Lutheran Church, 720 S. Dundee Ave., Barrington, IL 60010. Burial will be held at Evergreen Cemetery, Barrington.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Matthew Lutheran Church.
