Frances Jurs

Born October 27, 1914 in Chicago, passed away March 11, 2014 in Long Grove.
Frances was the loving mother of Marge (Warren) Wegener and Bonnie (Paul) Bruno,dear grandmother of six grandchildren, twelve great-grandchildren, and one great-great grandchild, and cherished sister of Doris Ebel Mortenson . She was preceded in death by her husband Alvin Jurs, whom she married June 23, 1934 and who died September 15, 1965. She was also preceded in death by her biological parents, Joseph and Anna Jelinek and her adoptive parents Herman and Camille Ebel, three brothers, and one sister.
Visitation will be held from 12pm until the time of the funeral service at 1:30pm Saturday, March 15 at Immanuel Lutheran Church (Historic Campus), 178 McHenry Ave, Crystal Lake. Burial in Crystal Lake Memorial Park will be private.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to the Crystal Lake Food Pantry, 257 King Street, Crystal Lake IL 60014.
