Frances Estela Tapia passed away peacefully September 10, 2023 in Wilmette, surrounded by her loving family. She was born April 26, 1932 in Milwaukee, WI to Toribio and Maria Tapia.
Frances is survived by her sister Mary O'Donnell; nieces, Debbie (Howard) Smith, Marguerite Burke, Diane Marquez, and Lisa (Thomas) Hirdes; nephews, Tony (Julie) Lopez, Frank Lopez, John (Janet) Marquez, Michael (Renee) O'Donnell, Christopher (Jane) O'Donnell and Daniel (Heather) O'Donnell; and many great nieces and nephews; and dear friends.
Visitation will be from 11am until the memorial service at 1pm Sunday, September 17 at Davenport Family Funeral Home, 149 W. Main St (Lake Cook Road) Barrington. Interment will be private.
