Francis "Frank" Lolli

The Mass of Christian Burial for Frank Lolli will be held Saturday, May 24, at 12 noon, at St. Anne Church, 120 Ela St. (not Ela Rd.), Barrington, where there will be visitation from 11 a.m. until the time of Mass. Burial will follow at St. Michael the Archangel Cemetery, Palatine.

There will also be a visitation Friday, May 23, from 3-9 p.m., at Davenport Family Funeral Home, 149 W. Main St. (Lake-Cook Road), Barrington.

Born April 11, 1933, in Chicago to the late Frank and Helen (nee Ackerman), he passed away Tuesday, May 20, 2014, at his home.

Frank was a 1951 graduate of Fenwick High School and a 1955 graduate of the University of Notre Dame. He went on to serve in the Marine Corps and retired as a Major.

Survivors include Frank’s wife, Diane (nee Purcell); children, Mary Lu (Keith) Robinson, Elizabeth (Tom) Powers, Francis (Joni), and John (Leann); grandchildren, Evan, Casey, Ryleigh, Matt, and Tim Robinson, Megan and Tom Powers, Francis, Christopher, and Brian Lolli, and Kayleigh, Madelon, Francesca, Gianna, JohnPaul, and Lucia Lolli; siblings, Lawrence (Phyllis), Elaine Morris, and Paula Lasek; mother-in-law, Norma Purcell; and brother-in-law, Bob Moroney.

In addition to his parents, Frank was preceded in death by his sister, Dolores Moroney.
