Frank “Eddie” Delatorre, 74, of Crystal Lake, passed away unexpectedly Friday, June 5, 2015 at home.
He was born on July 3, 1940 to Francisco “Frank” and Mary Delatorre in Woodstock.

Frank was a social person and was loved by many. He was an officer of the “That’s The Way It Is”, Elvis Fan Club of Chicago, along with his wife Joan who served as club secretary for many years. His other hobbies involved fishing with his friends and grandchildren, as well as camping, gardening, reading newspapers, solving crossword puzzles, and playing the Lotto. Frank loved Dalmatians and had four as pets throughout the years. He also donated regularly to Dalmatian Rescue and had a general love for all dogs.
Everyone that knows Frank is aware that he was a very generous, thoughtful, and caring man. He was full of wit and charm, as he was always trying to make people laugh. He loved to tease and joke around, as well as use sarcasm to make light of situations.
