Frank Jenko

Barrington, Illinois,Mass of Christian Burial for Frank Michael Jenko, 84, will be held at 10 am, Tuesday February 8, 2011, at St. Anne Catholic Church, (Corner of Franklin and Ela St.) Barrington, IL, where there will be a visitation from 9am until the time of service. Interment will be private. He was born on February 6, 1926, to Frank and Mana (nee Jenko) Jenko in Chisholm, Minn., he passed away on Friday, February 4, 2011, in Barrington. Frank worked for The Chicago & Northwestern Railroad for over 40 years, starting out as a Depot Agent in Boyd, South Dakata, working his way up to a General Marketing Manager in Chicago where he retired. During his retirement in Tucson, Arizona he loved gardening, and also was active with the community that he and Betty lived in. His survivors include his loving wife of 62 years, Betty; cherished children, Dennis Jenko, Barb (Joe) Santucci; loving grandchildren, Cari (Jim) Laramie, Nikki Santucci, Joey Santucci; dear great-grandchildren, Jaden Laramie , Jaci Laramie and beloved sister Angie Nelsen; nephew John (Bobbie Jo) Nelsen. He was preceded in death by his parents and nephew Robert Nelsen. In Lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Catholic Charities, 721 N.
