Gaye is survived by her mother Marylynn “Lynn” Fischer Rushing, brother John (Dianna) Rushing, fiancé, Al Turner, nephews Christopher (Michelle) and James (Sarah) Rushing, great-niece Addison, and great-nephew Dawson, and many cousins and faithful friends. She was preceded in death by her father Roy Spencer Rushing.
T.J. is now with her father and Heavenly Father. She passed with a broken heart after the death of her father on Dec. 24, 2011. She and her father were soft souls who shared their love of horses, dogs, and all animals of this earth.
5/8/2012 16:15,Visitation will be 3-9pm Wednesday, May 9 at Davenport Family Funeral Home, 149 W. Main St (Lake-Cook Road), Barrington.
Funeral service will be held at 10am Thursday, May 10 at the funeral home, followed by burial in Evergreen Cemetery, Barrington.
In lieu of flowers donations to an animal rescue charity of your choice would be appreciated.
