He was born on August 28"",1925,"" to George and Mary Rohrbacher.
George"", a Chicago native, served as a Naval Quartermaster during World War II. During his family life in Carpentersville and South Elgin,"" he was employed by Commonwealth Edison for 42 years until his retirement in 1983. He and his wife Therese retired to Las Vegas where they lived for 28 years. George was a devout Catholic and a member of the VFW.
George is survived by his daughters"", Jeannette (Gordon) White, Christine (Jerry) Maly, Patricia (Dale) Hargrave and Kathryn Selpien; grandchildren, Douglas, Jill, Nicholaus, Olivia, Christopher, Teresa, Sarah, Casey, and two great-grandchildren,"" Laura and Isaac.
He was preceded in death by his loving wife"", Therese; son, George Thomas; grandchldren,"" James Louis White and Meara Christine Hargrave.
George will be buried privately with military honors at Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery"","" along with Therese.
