Gerald "Jerry" C. Luczak

Gerald Carlton Luczak, “Jerry”, of Fox River Grove, passed away Sunday, September 2, 2018 after a brief illness.  Jerry was born in Chicago, Illinois on March 10, 1970 to Gerald Francis and Ann (Siegler) Luczak.  He grew up in Park Ridge and attended the special education program at Maine East High School.

He is survived by his mother Ann, stepfather Rick, sister Paula (Caro); brother Chris (Julie); nieces Amber and Haley; nephews Seth and Logan, four-legged buddy Jake, stepbrother Jeff and stepsister Kim. He was recently preceded in death by his father Gerald.

Jerry’s gentle and helpful manner, love for all things to do with nature, birds and animals will be greatly missed. Jerry’s travels around his neighborhood resulted in many friendships and his visits will be missed by many.

Memorial visitation will be Saturday, November 24, 2018 from 10 AM until the 11 AM Celebration of Life service at Davenport Family Funeral Home and Crematory, 149 W. Main Street (Lake-Cook Rd) Barrington, IL 60010. Interment will be private.
