Grace Evans

Grace Theresa Evans, 91, of South Elgin, died Tuesday, August 5, 2014, in Hoffman Estates.
She was born on October 1, 1922, to Joseph and Frances Neuberger in Chicago.
Grace is survived by her loving children, David (Marlene) Evans, William (Lynn) Evans, and Mark (Marianne) Evans; grandchildren, Chris (Michele) Evans, Lindsay (Dan) Hert, Matthew (Amy) Evans, Katherine (Teun) Fetz, Daniel (Megan) Evans, Zachary and Noah Evans; thirteen great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 55 years, Arthur Evans; brothers, John Neuberger, William Neuberger, Martin Neuberger; and sister, Marie Kremen.
Visitation will be held from 4-8p.m., Thursday, August 7, at Davenport Family Funeral Home, 149 W. Main Street, Barrington, IL 60010.
Visitation will continue, from 9:30a.m. until the time of mass at 10:30, Friday, August 8, at Holy Family Parish, 2515 W. Palatine Road, Inverness, IL 60067.
Burial will be held privately at Mt. Emblem Cemetery, Elmhurst.
