Helen Hummel

Helen Hummel, 89 , of Barrington, Illinois, passed away on August 8, 2011 , in Barrington.

She was born on August 18,1921, in Barrington, to Elmer and Louise Freye.

Helen was the wife of the late Lee E. Hummel.

She was born in the house she lived in for most of her life. During her life, she drove the Barrington taxi cab for many years. She was also a member and volunteer for the Barrington Historical Society. She will be greatly missed for her love, kindness and generosity for other people.

Helen is survived by her loving daughter, Patricia (Charles) Csaszar;  step-son, Frank Hummel;  cherished grandchildren, Gary (Lucia) Csaszar, Karen (Michael) Cusanelli, David (Ashley) Csaszar and Dr. Michael T. Csaszar; step-grandchildren, Lauryn (Steven) Mitchell, Bryan (Debbie) Hummel, Wayde (Shelly) Hummel, Frank (Theresa) Hummel Jr.; adored great-grandchildren, Charles, Daniel, Aspen, Avery and Jack Csaszar, Jacob, Clara and Hayden Cusanelli; nine step-great-grandchildren; and many loving nieces and nephews.
