Helen Josephine Stolt, 99, of Crystal Lake IL, was born October 29, 1918 in Chicago IL to Fritz and Agnes (nee Benson) Meyer. She passed away peacefully, Tuesday, August 21, 2018 in Crystal Lake IL.

She had a love for music. She sang in her church choir and was involved in the Park Ridge Women’s Chorale for many years.

Helen is survived by her children Bette L. (Jack) McGrath of Brier WA, Peggy (Stephen) Knapp of Oro Valley AZ, and Robert Jr. (Eva) of Algonquin IL; two granddaughters, Liz McGrath of Seattle and Julie (Ben) Nimmergut of Seattle; and two great granddaughters, Skylar and Lucy Nimmergut.

Her parents preceded her in death and also her husband Robert M. (2005) and her siblings, Edward, Earl, and Harry.

Services and interment are private.
