Born Aug. 8, 1927 in Chicago to Joseph and Anna (nee Boyens), he passed away Thurs. Nov. 24 at his home, surrounded by his family.
Herman is survived by his wife of 52 years, Marian (nee Voigt), children Diane and Dan (Jamie) Felice, grandchildren, Faith, Matthew, and Michael, brother Robert Felice, sister Constance Danna, and 3 nieces. He was preceded in death by his parents.
Herman was an Army veteran who served in WWII and Korea. He enjoyed golf and woodworking, but especially loved the time he spent with his family.
Visitation will be 5-8pm. Monday Nov. 28 at Davenport Family Funeral Home, 419 E. Terra Cotta Ave (Rt. 176), Crystal Lake. The Funeral Service will be 9a.m. Tues. Nov. 29 at the funeral home followed by burial in Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery, Elwood.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the family in care of the funeral home.
