Jack Edward Privatsky, 21, of Deer Park passed away on November 27, 2019.
Jack was a 2017 graduate of Barrington High School. He was active in the snowboarding and skateboarding communities. He loved music, playing the drums and riding his dirt bike. He loved being in the mountains and in nature and was most at home in the outdoors. Jack was a deep thinker and a loyal friend. He had a great sense of humor and was fun-loving.
Survivors include his parents, Dr. Bruce and Marisa (nee Cameron) Privatsky; loving sisters, Shanna, Kaila and Jenna Privatsky; beloved paternal grandmother, Ruth Privratsky and beloved maternal grandparents, Gerald Sr. and Luise Cameron. He was the loving nephew of Gerald Jr. (Lee Hansen) Cameron, Trina (Frank) Goldberg, Carla (Martin) McAleer, Dana Cameron; God mother, Rita Cameron and Mike Schubert, Eileen (Rick) Wilson, Jeanne (Bill) Palmer, MaryLynn (Tom) Schertzing, Jim (Terry) Privratsky, and God mother, Karen (Gary) Boege. Jack will also be missed by many loving cousins and dear friends and last but not least, his four-legged best friend, Nali.
Jack was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, Edward Privratsky; uncle and God father, Timothy Cameron, Sr.; cousin, Erik Paver; and his four-legged best friend, Trixie.
A visitation will be held on Saturday, December 7, from 11 am until 3 pm at Davenport Family Funeral Home - 149 W. Main St. (Lake-Cook Rd.), Barrington. Following the visitation, you are invited to join the family at Citizen’s Park Pavilion, 511 N. Lake Zurich Rd., Barrington, where we will gather to celebrate Jack’s life. We will be sharing stories and blessings starting at 4:30pm. All are encouraged to dress casually.
