Jack Roman Fabiszak

Jack Roman Fabiszak, 82, was born on October 1, 1934 in Chicago, IL and passed away on July 18, 2017 surrounded by his loving family. Jack is survived by his former wife, Janis Fabiszak, his children, Cindy Weigel (Karen Ramsey), Lisa (Dale) Tabor, James (Eva) Fabiszak, Glen Fabiszak, Julie Fabiszak, his devoted friend, Betty Cinefro and his eleven grandchildren: Samantha, Kelsey, Jacquelyn, Alexandra, Dakota, Melody, Vanessa, Elias, Henry, Isaak, and Roman. Jack always put his family first and showed his love by the many things he did to make their lives better.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Roman and Delpha (Gilliland) Fabiszak, his brother, Robert Fabiszak, and his son-in-law, Michael Altenberg. Jack was the godfather to Sharon (Fabiszak) Orton, and Pamela Parer (Piehl), the daughter of his lifelong best friend, Al Piehl. He is also a beloved uncle to Sharon, Carol, Kamie, Cathy, Robert, Raymond, Bobby, and Christopher. Visitation for Jack will be held on Friday, July 21, 2017 from 5-8pm with a service at 7pm at Davenport Family Funeral Home, 149 W. Main St., Barrington, IL. On Saturday, July 22, 2017, he will be laid to rest at Grandview Cemetery, Freeport, IL.
