James William Rohlwing, 55, of Cary passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, August 21, 2021. He was born in Libertyville on April 3, 1966 to Charles and Bonnie (Bradish) Rohlwing.
A helper with a big heart, Jim lived to serve others. He loved his career in healthcare for all 15 years. First starting out as a tech and then finishing as a nurse after his schooling at MCC. Jim always put others before himself and was an all-out people person. His pride and joy were his boys, Jacob and Joshua.
Jim will be missed by his parents, Chuck and Bonnie; sons, Jacob and Joshua and their mother, Jodi Rohlwing-Hettich; siblings, Chuck (Jennifer) Rohlwing and Susan (Bob) Poduch; "sister,", Joan Rohlwing; nieces and nephews, Brittany, Tori, Kelsey, Max and Grace; great nephews and niece, Dominic, Lucas, Louie, and Charlotte. He is further survived by many cousins and friends.
A memorial visitation will be held on Friday, August 27th, from 4:00 pm until 8:30 pm at Davenport Family Funeral Home and Crematory, 419 E. Terra Cotta Ave., Crystal Lake. Visitation will continue on Saturday morning, August 28th, from 10:00 am until the time of a service at 11:00 am at the funeral home.
