James E. Trawinski
April 5, 1943 — October 15, 2017
James E. Trawinski, of Lake Barrington, passed away peacefully at his home on Oct. 15, 2017 at the age of 74.
James was the loving husband of Catherine Trawinski; loving father of Catherine (Jack) Haan; proud grandfather to Elise, Abigail, and Matthew Haan; and brother of Suzanne Janzen and Loretta (Paul) Aimone.
Jim had a 32 year career with Harza Engineering Co. in Chicago. He worked in over 15 countries. In retirement, he traveled and was a community volunteer.
Thank you to the doctors and staff at the Captain James A. Lovell Federal Health Care Center and the McHenry Community Based Outpatient Clinic for the excellent care Jim received.
