Born April 30,1956, Jan passed away April 23, 2012 in Sarasota, Florida.
Jan was a caring and giving nurse and PA, always helping others.
She is survived by her parents Klaus and Arlene Rosenstern, brother Robert Scott Rosenstern, Aunts and Uncles: Franz, Marie, Thom, Barbara, Rich, Marilyn, Ken, Serena, and Thom, and many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held from 10:30am until 1pm with a funeral service at 12:30pm. Saturday May 5 at Davenport Family Funeral Home, 149 W. Main St, Barrington, IL. Burial will be private at Evergreen Cemetery in Barrington on Monday May 7.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to The American Fibromyalgia Syndrome Association, PO Box 32698, Tucson, AZ 85751-1750, or to a charity of your choice.
