Jarmila Giuntini

Jarmila “Geri” Giuntini, 91, passed peacefully on June 30, 2016. She has joined her predeceased husband of 68 years, Edward, 90, and her two sons, Steven, 35, and Edward, 53, in eternal life.

Geri is survived by her loving and devoted daughter, Susan Giuntini Walker; grandsons, Michael (Linsey), Christopher (Jessica), and David Walker; and her faithful dog, Lulu. She was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother and had an extraordinary character with a zest for life that stayed with her until the very end. Her passion was music. As a teen, she sang on local radio stations and continued her singing talents at local events and variety shows at Rolling Green Country Club in Arlington Heights were she and her husband were members for over 36 years. Her fun loving spirit will be missed and her legacy of “always being there” for her family can never be replaced. May her Spirit be filled with the Love of her surviving family as she embarks on her next journey.

Services will be private and filled with beautiful memories and nostalgic music.
