Jean M. Boklewski

Jean M. Boklewski, 66, of Niles, Illinois passed away peacefully on Tuesday, August 28, 2018. She was born in Chicago, Illinois to the late Peter and Jean Schmit.

Jean had a passion for her work in education and also loved cooking and decorating her home, and others’ homes, the Cubs, and spending time with her family, especially her 5 grandchildren.

Jean is survived by her long-time life partner Brian Glorioso; children, Timothy (Jennifer) Boklewski, Jennifer (Megan Schott) Boklewski, and Robert (Erica) Boklewski; Siblings, Kathleen (Robert) Yaksich, Maureen Ratajesak, Nancy (Michael) Riley, Peter (Barbara) Schmit, and Susan (Anthony) Maniscalco; and grandchildren Abigail Boklewski (5), Mason Boklewski (4), Robert Boklewski (3), Tanner Boklewski (2) and Benjamin Boklewski (10 months).

A celebration of Jean's life will be held on Saturday, September 22, 2018 from 1 PM until 6 PM at Davenport Family Funeral Home, 941 S. Old Rand Rd., Lake Zurich.
