Jeff Retzlaff, 59 of McHenry
Born April 23, 1953 in Ozark, Alabama, passed away unexpectedly December 16, 2012 at Good Shepherd Hospital in Barrington.
Jeff was a member of the Northern Illinois Streeters Car Club, where he proudly showed his prized 1967 SS Chevelle 350 and loved the time he spent with his friends who shared his passion.
Jeff retired from the Village of Barrington Water Department in 2010 after nearly 38 years of service.
Jeff is survived by his loving partner Bradley Ann Fitzgerald, parents James and Geraldine Retzlaff, brother Thomas Retzlaff, and many loving aunts, uncle, cousins and friends.
Jeff was preceded in death by his brother Michael Retzlaff.
Memorial visitation will be 3-9pm Wednesday, December 19 with a Celebration of Jeff’s Life at 7pm at Davenport Family Funeral Home, 149 W. Main St, Barrington IL. Interment will be private.
