Jeffrey Michael Thomas, 43, passed away peacefully on May 15, 2017 in Carol Stream, IL.
Jeffrey was born April 15, 1974 in Arlington Heights, IL to William and the late Anita (nee Leatherman) Thomas. He is survived by his wife Brandi S. (nee Carlson); four children: Brandon, Kirk, Jeffrey, and Kaitlyn; sister, Amy (Geoff) Dailey; and many cousins, nieces and nephews. His mother preceded him in death.
Visitation for Jeffrey will be Tuesday, May 23, 2017 at Davenport Family Funeral Home, 149 W. Main St. (Lake-Cook Rd.), Barrington, IL where family will receive friends from 3pm-8pm with a funeral service at 7pm. Interment will be private.
Jeffrey served his country in the U.S. Army, was an avid Chicago Cubs fan, and enjoyed his children’s sporting events.
