Jerry W. Edwards, 74, of Crystal Lake, passed away Thursday, September 3, 2015 in Woodstock. Beloved husband of 53 years to Linda (nee Waggoner) Edwards; loving father of Michelle (nee Edwards) Carpenter and Kelly (Jeff) Nierman; cherished grandfather of Cade and Reece Carpenter and Emma Freudenberger; dear brother of Al (Peggy) Edwards; Uncle of Eric (Michele) Edwards and Rich Edwards; loyal friend to all. He will be missed dearly by everyone he loved and by all those who loved him. May he rest in peace. Memorial service will be held at 3pm, Sunday, September 13, 2015 at First United Methodist Church of Crystal Lake, 236 W. Crystal Lake Ave., Crystal Lake, IL 60014.
