Jerome “Jerry” Malburg was born November 24, 1930 in Chicago to Bernard and Lucille Malburg. He passed away peacefully at his home surrounded by his loving family.
Jerry served in the U.S. Marine Corp during the Korean War. He owned and operated Jerry’s Cartage in Cary, IL from 1958 until his retirement in 2002.
Jerry is survived by his wife of 64 years, Loretta; daughters, Nancy (late William) Logue of Lake Barrington, and Kris (Darrin) Duchene of Bourbonnais; grandchildren, Morgan Logue, Matthew Logue, and Madelyn Duchene; and sister Ayleen VanBeynen. He was preceded in death by his parents; sisters, Marie and Claudette; and brothers, Bernard and Lawrence.
