Jo Ann (Van Rensselaer) Hagg

Jo Ann Hagg, 90, died on Friday, June 2, 2017, at Friendship Village in Schaumburg. Jo Ann (nee Van Rensselaer) was born on June 26, 1926, and raised in Park Ridge. She and her late husband, Robert D. Hagg, also of Park Ridge, were united in marriage on June 18, 1948. They celebrated forty-nine wonderful years of marriage until Robert’s death in March of 1998.
Jo Ann enjoyed many various hobbies and activities including golf, bridge, sewing, knitting, reading, crossword puzzles, watching the Cubs/all Chicago sports teams, and spending time with her family. She is survived by her children, Susan (Steve) Barnum of Lake Barrington, Christine (Mike) Pulhamus of Bella Vista, Arkansas, and Art (Dee) Hagg of Itasca; eleven grandchildren; and twenty-eight great-grandchildren.
A private family service will take place at Holy Trinity Episcopal Church in Hot Springs Village, Arkansas. Arrangements have been coordinated by Davenport Family Funeral Home and Crematory, 149 W. Main St. (Lake-Cook Rd.), Barrington, IL 60010.
