Joann B. Holland

Joann B. Holland 88 years young of Hawthorn Woods passed away peacefully Thursday, February 4th, 2021 in Lake Zurich, IL.

Joann was the loving wife of Donald Holland for 67 years. She is survived by 3 children Timothy (Brenda)Holland, Shelley (Olindo) Alo’ and Lisa Iverson. She was preceded in death by her son Tod Holland. Her 9 loving grandchildren Grant, Blake, Jenna, Mikey, Kayleigh, Kimberly, Benjamin, Maggie and Dean. 8 glorious Great Grand Children.

Joann loved to cook, entertain, exercising and flowers. She also volunteered for 20 years servicing “ Meals on Wheels” through St Mathews Church in Hawthorn Woods. Joann’s favorite night her entire life was “ Friday Night Day Night”  with her loving husband at some of the local restaurants around town. Many nights they spent meeting wonderful people sharing stories and tales. Joann always let you know where she was from… “Aurora, IL”…
