John Domek

John Andrew Domek, 75, of Crystal Lake, was born October 12, 1942 in Anderson, IN to John and Mabel (nee Spielman) Domek. He passed away Wednesday, August 1, 2018 at the James A. Lovell VA Hospital in North Chicago.

John was a proud Vietnam veteran of the United States Army, who was awarded the Bronze Star. John worked for Jewish Federation in Chicago for 22 years as a senior systems analyst.

He is survived by his wife, Alice B. Domek, whom he married on June 22, 1966 in Chicago; and his daughter, Ann Marie Domek.

He is preceded in death by his parents.

Services and Interment will be held privately.
