John Anthony Liszek

John passed away July 19, 2019 in Northbrook.  He was born May 18,1957in Evergreen Park to Joseph and Vivian Liszek.

John graduated with honors from Irving Crown High School in Carpentersville and Elgin Community College.  He enjoyed bicycling and had a passion for fishing, which he enjoyed doing with his nieces and nephews.  John loved to refinish furniture and his family will always cherish a table he refinished for his parents.

John is survived by his siblins; Rob (Lori) Liszek, Mary Jo (Tom Strenning) Liszek, Angela (Pat) Miller, Ruth (Gary) Steadman, Jean (Victor) Steerup, and Joey Liszek; and many nieces and nephews.  He was preceded in death by his parents.

Services for John will be held privately.
