Joseph Simpson

Huntley, Illinois,Joseph "Ed" Edwin Simpson, 85, of Huntley entered eternal life May 30 2010. A service will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, June 3, 2010 at Willow Creek Church Chapel, 67 Algonquin Road, Barrington, and a visitation will be held at 10 a.m. until the time of service in the church chapel. He was born in Easley, SC to Robert and Dora nee Masters Simpson. He married the love of his life, the late Hazel "Marion" Pitts on June 27, 1953 in Greenville, SC. He enjoyed travel, woodworking, photography, especially spending time with his family telling stories, was involved with his church no matter where he lived. He is survived by his daughters, Denise (Rick) Baredziak, Sherry (David) Sepuha; three granddaughters, Lindsey Klocke, Taylor Sepuha, Brittany Sepuha; one grandson, Chad Baredziak; two sisters, Ilean Jackson, Elizabeth Plumtree and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his wife; his parents; three brothers, Milford, Leonard and R.T. Simpson. In lieu of flowers please send memorials to the C.A.R.S.
