Joseph John Wolowicz
Born March 26, 1930 in Chicago to Florence and Joseph Wolowicz, passed away peacefully February 7, 2015, at his home in Lake Barrington.
Joe married Lorraine Molitor July 7, 1951, and enjoyed 63 wonderful years together. He served in the U.S. Army, and was employed by the SKIL Corporation for 43 years.
Joe is survived by his wife Lorraine, children; Frank (Nancy), Larry (Cathy), Jerome (Pamela), and Kenneth (Gina) Wolowicz, and Pamela (Bill) Geen, 14 grandchildren; ten great grandchildren; his sister Dolores Kijek, and sister in law Arlene Wolowicz. He was preceded in death by his parents, brother, Richard, sister Lorraine Broderdorf, and brother in law, Stanley Kijek.
Visitation will be 3-8pm, Wednesday, February 11 at Davenport Family Funeral Home and Crematory, 419 E. Terra Cotta (Route 176), Crystal Lake, IL.
Mass will be held at 11am, Thursday, February 12, at Sts. Peter and Paul Catholic Church, 410 N. First St, Cary. There will be visitation from 10am until the time of the mass at church. Interment will be private.
