Joshua Nawrocki
February 25, 1991 — April 20, 2017
Joshua J. Nawrocki, 26 formerly of Crystal Lake, passed away in Chicago on April 20, 2017. Josh was the cherished son of Jay and Amy (nee Moore) Nawrocki; loving brother of Abigail; long-time boyfriend of Kayla Cavin; grandson of Ray and Nancy Nawrocki, Jim and Carolee Moore; nephew of many. Josh was an avid golfer and successful hockey player. He was a huge fan of the Blackhawks and Cubs. For some time, Josh struggled with substance abuse, and even through these struggles, he enjoyed life to the fullest. Josh will be remembered for his caring personality. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, April 25, from 4-9pm and Wednesday, April 26, from 9 until time of prayers at 10:30am at Davenport Family Funeral Home and Crematory, 419 E. Terra Cotta Ave (Rte. 176), Crystal Lake. Funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday, April 26, at 11am at St. Thomas the Apostle Church, 451 W. Terra Cotta Ave, Crystal Lake.
