Born November 22, 1946 in Ponca City, OK, passed away peacefully February 8, 2015 at JourneyCare in Barrington, surrounded by her loving family.
Judi is survived by her husband Donald, whom she married March 9, 1963, children; Donna (Steven) Polnow, and Deborah (Robert) Rinella,granddaughter, Michelle Polnow, sister Cathy Coate, brother Mark (Phyllis) Coate, nieces; Jennifer, Becky, and Missy, and nephew Jeffrey. She was preceded in death by her parents Lester and Ruth Coate.
Memorial visitation will be 10am until the time of the memorial service at 12pm, Saturday, February 21, 2015 at Davenport Family Funeral Home, 419 E. Terra Cotta Ave (Route 176), Crystal Lake.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations to JourneyCare Foundation, 405 Lake Zurich Road, Barrington, IL 60010, in Judi’s name would be appreciated.
