Katrina Hagen

Katrina Lynne Hagen, 23, of Crystal Lake, formerly of Gainesville, VA, was born on November 28, 1993 in San Mateo, CA to James Scott and Nancy Lynne (nee Brown) Hagen. She passed away on Friday, March 3, 2017 in McHenry.
Katrina graduated from Southern Illinois University in 2015 with a Bachelor’s degree in Animal Science. She enjoyed cooking, baking, horseback riding, and was an avid reader. Katrina also enjoyed being outdoors, hiking, and had a passion for photography.
She is survived by her parents; her siblings, Kaitlyn and Christopher Hagen; her grandmother, Pauline Brown; her grandfather, Robert Hagen; her aunts, Sue Selby and Lisa (Evan) Marks; and many cousins.
She is preceded in death by her grandfather, Fred Brown; her grandmother, Colleen Hagen; and her uncle, Richard Brown.
A visitation will be held from 1pm until time of celebration of life service at 4pm, Saturday, March 11, 2017, at Davenport Family Funeral Home, 419 E. Terra Cotta Ave., Crystal Lake. Interment private.
