Kenton R. Ramstadt,62, of Lake Barrington, passed away unexpectedly February 20, 2012 in Good Shepherd Hospital. Born March 21, 1949 to Raymond and Betty (nee Allensworth) Ramstadt, he will be remembered by family and friends as a tinkerer extraordinaire, and a man who enjoyed boating and motorcycling. He was a member of the Federated Church of Wauconda.
He is survived by his son Micah S. (Crystal) Harper and step-son Jeff (Raquel) Powers; grandchildren Cassey, Leashae and Emery Harper, and Maya Powers; his sister Caryl Hancock, brother Scott, and cousin Bette-Ann Grube. He was preceded in death by his wife Catherine (nee Roberts).
