""Born March 18, 1961 in Chicago, he passed away Dec. 28, 2011 at Provena St. Joseph Hospital in Elgin.
Kevin was an avid White Sox Fan and he enjoyed reading, music, and skiing.
Kevin is survived by his mother Nora (nee Leahy), brothers Brendan (Barb), Brian, and David (Judy Yeh) Keady, and many nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his father, James and his sister Angela Pratt.
A memorial mass will be held at 11am, Saturday, January 7, 2012 at Sts. Peter and Paul Catholic Church, 410 N First St, Cary, Illinois.
