Kim is survived by his loving companion of 30 years, Terri (Theresa) Brooks; sister, Heidi (Bruce) Tincknell; nephew, Ryan (Heather) Tincknell and their daughter, Ashley; niece, Lauren (Bryan) Young and their children, Elaine and Charlie. He was preceded in death by his parents.
He really enjoyed life and always had a smile on his face. Kim was a fun and loving person when it came to family and friends. In high school he was on the gymnastic team and would practice on the rings which were installed on a tree in front of the house he grew up in.
It was in college where Kim got the bug to travel, so he started working in the Air Import / Export Industry. This allowed him to travel and clear items through customs (exotic animals), and other items for manufacturing plants.
Kim was an avid outdoors person. Skiing, hiking, kayaking, scuba diving and sky diving were a few of his hobbies throughout his life. He also loved the numerous dogs and wild animals that he had as pets growing up, but also the deer and other wildlife he encouraged to come by throughout his adult life.
