Kim Susan Rizzio, 65, of Crystal Lake, passed away on October 12, 2023. Born to Carol and Domenic Wilyat, Kim was the spirited sister to Thomas and John Wilyat.
A devoted mom, she was fiercely proud of her children, Jesse Rizzio, Tiffany Neally, and the late Michael Grekowiczs. Her joy multiplied when she became a grandmother to Aiden Neally.
Always lively and caring, Kim wore her heart on her sleeve, especially when it came to her family. Her love for them knew no bounds, and she made sure they felt it every day.
Kim's role as a licensed cosmetologist wasn't just a job for her; it was a way of bonding. The family chair was always open, with relatives often dropping by for a chat and a trim, turning a simple haircut into cherished family time.
Warm summer days, a pool or beach, and music in the air – that was Kim's recipe for happiness. She relished soaking in the sun, feeling the world's rhythm, and enjoying life's simple pleasures.
In every sense, Kim was the sunshine of her family, illuminating their lives with warmth, laughter, and endless love.
