Laszlo "Les" Bencze Jr.

Laszlo “Les” Bencze, Jr. passed away August 3, 2021 in McHenry.  He was born February 13, 1957 in Trenton, NJ to Laszlo and Julie Bencze.

Les is survived by his wife of 37 years, Tina; children, Ashley (Mike) Obermeier, Kelsey Bencze, and Adam Bencze; grandchildren, Kinley, Brooks, and Grayson Obermeier; father, Laszlo Bencze, Sr; and brother, Mike (June) Bencze.  He was preceded in death by his mother, Julie.

Visitation will be 3pm-7pm, Sunday, August 8 at Davenport Family Funeral Home, 419 E. Terra Cotta Ave (Route 176), Crystal Lake.  Prayers will begin at 9:15am, Monday August 9th at the funeral home followed by a procession to St. Thomas the Apostle Catholic Church for Mass of Christian Burial at 10am. Burial following mass at Crystal Lake Memorial Park.
