Laura A. Kazmer (nee Dazzo) of Crystal Lake, IL passed away on Tuesday, June 09, 2020.
Laura Kazmer was born in Chicago, Illinois, on January 29, 1963. Laura, the youngest of three siblings, was kind, quiet and reserved but had a subtle wit and an ability to make people laugh with her well-timed dry humor. Laura’s gentle nature and propensity to help others is what shaped her career and her life. Her work in early childhood education allowed her to share her giving spirit and her desire to develop a love of reading within her students. Laura’s commitment to education was a direct reflection of her love and devotion to her family. Her role as mother was her true vocation. Laura will be remembered for her creative flair, her humor, her giving spirit and above all the model of strength and love that she set for all those who knew her.
Laura is survived by her beloved husband, Jerome Kazmer; her loving children, Nicholas, Alexandra, and Lucas Kazmer; along with one dog and two grand-dogs whom she loved greatly.
Preceded in death by Mary Rae Dazzo.
