Laura Lagerhausen

Harvard, Illinois,LAURA J. LAGERHAUSEN Laura J. Lagerhausen (nee Gasper), 29 of Harvard, formerly of Crystal Lake, passed away suddenly on Monday, September 6, 2010. Born November 2, 1980 in Park Ridge, IL, she was the daughter of Richard and Nancy (nee Spencer) Gasper. She was a 1998 graduate of Crystal Lake South High School. On March 31, 2001 she was united in marriage to Jason Lagerhausen at Bethany Lutheran Church in Crystal Lake. Laura worked at Charter One Bank in Algonquin and enjoyed the relationships she developed with her customers. She loved playing bingo, going to church retreats, camping, and spending summers at Gilbert Lake, Wisconsin. She especially loved her dog Molly and was an avid White Sox fan. She is survived by her beloved husband Jason; devoted parents, Richard and Nancy Gasper; her cherished brother, Thomas Gasper; her loving parents-in-law John and Cindy Lagerhausen; her dear sisters-in-law and brother-in-law Cori (Dave) Taylor, Lance (Gretchen), Jill (Brock) Harp and Amanda (Dan Ryan) Lagerhausen; and many loving aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins. She was preceded in death by her paternal grandparents, Clarence and Ann Gasper, maternal grandparents, Donald and Lois Spencer, and uncle and godfather, Stephen Spencer. The visitation will be from 4-8pm, Friday, September 10 at Davenport Family Funeral Home, 419 E Terra Cotta Ave (Rt 176), Crystal Lake. The Funeral Service will begin at 10:30am, Saturday, September 11at the funeral home. Interment will follow at Windridge Memorial Park, Cary. In lieu of flowers, memorials in Laura?s name may be sent to Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, 11 S LaSalle St, Ste 1800 Chicago IL 60603-1344 and will be appreciated.
