LaVerne L. Harms

LaVerne L. Harms, age 87 of Long Grove, Illinois, passed away 5:05 am Monday, September 18, 2017.
She was the beloved wife of LeRoy Harms, who preceded her in death. She is survived by her sons, David and Dennis Harms, her daughter-in-law Georgianne and grandson Derek, (and David’s fiancé Lynne Eltrevoog).
Other family members include her sister Elaine MacShane and family as well as many nieces and nephews from her deceased sister Darlene Korbel.
LaVerne Harms was born to Sam and Anna Mindock in Chicago in 1930. She was well known for her fondness for animals and operation of “The Kitty Inn.”… a kennel for cats. She also enjoyed dancing, golf and travel.
