Lee Hastings Struebing,79, of Barrington Hills, passed away on Wednesday, September 07,2011, in Barrington. Lee was born on July 8,1932, to Harry and Edna Struebing in Chicago, Illinois.Lee is a Marine Corps veteran of the Korean War.He is survived by his loving wife of 56 years, Kay (nee Schmeisser); children, Mark (Kathleen) Struebing and Glen (Meribeth) Struebing; grandchildren, Kyle Struebing, Megan (Michael) Waldron, Paul Struebing, Keith Struebing and Sarah Struebing; cousin, Bonnie (James) Cook.Memorial visitation, service and Interment are private.In lieu of flowers please make memorials in Lee's name to a charity of your choice.
